Energy certification of houses
This programme, developed by the Ministry of Energy, aims to introduce the Energy Efficiency Label
as an instrument to provide information to users about the energy performance of a houses and
constitute an additional decision-making tool when carrying out a real estate operation, evaluating a
new project or carrying out interventions in existing houses.
In the long term, this instrument generates a distinctive seal that has an impact on the market value
of a property, promoting investment, development and local jobs.
